Discuss your website

Based in Southampton

Explain your business.
Reach the right customers.

For a local service business, the website needs to explain what you do, where you work and how someone can get a quote. We use those questions to plan the pages, whether your customers are in Southampton, elsewhere in Hampshire or across the UK.

You work directly with Rob Henderson on the brief, the review and the launch. Tell us which jobs you want more of, the areas you actually serve and what customers usually ask before getting in touch.

Useful answers before you decide.

Before we get started

Your questions, answered.

Do you work with businesses in Southampton?

Yes. Rob is based in Southampton and works directly with small businesses in Hampshire and across the UK. We agree the brief, review the pages together and confirm the launch plan before starting.

What does a small business website cost?

Our small business website package starts at £1,750, plus VAT where applicable. The final fixed price depends on the pages, content and features you need. We agree this before work begins.

How long will it take?

A typical small business website takes around two to three weeks once the content and scope are agreed, subject to availability. We confirm the schedule before starting.

Can you improve my existing website?

Yes. We can discuss a redesign or focused improvements. A free mini-review is a useful starting point if you are unsure what needs to change.

Will it work on phones and be ready for search?

We build responsive pages, organise the headings and navigation, and set page titles, descriptions and a sitemap. Search rankings depend on more than the build, so ongoing SEO is a separate conversation.

Who supplies the words and photographs?

You provide your business information and any existing brand assets. The package includes help shaping the copy for the agreed pages. Photography, substantial copywriting and extra content are scoped separately.

What happens after launch?

You receive a handover and guidance on updating the site. Hosting, domain names, business email and ongoing care are agreed separately, with ownership and access explained before the project starts.

Do you build online shops?

Yes. Our portfolio includes retail and specialist e-commerce websites. Product setup, payments, integrations and custom features need their own scope and quotation.

What should your website do for you?

Tell me about your business and what you have in mind. We’ll work out the right scope and the next step together.
