These terms govern your use of the Black Sheep Marketing website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Black Sheep Marketing provides marketing consultancy, AI implementation, and automated reporting services. Specific terms for each engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per engagement. One-off services are payable in advance. Retainer services are invoiced monthly. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice.

Intellectual Property

Work produced for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment. The ATLAS Framework methodology remains the intellectual property of W and H Marketing Limited.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the best results, marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
